We do not offer a cookie-cutter approach to care in our practice—instead, we take the time to get to know you and understand what’s going on with your health and what that problem is preventing you from enjoying in life. Our chiropractors have twenty years’ combined experience and tailor care to meet your individual needs, goals and preferences.
We may also make recommendations in terms of specific stretches and exercises that can help stabilise and strengthen the affected area, to help prevent a recurrence of your symptoms. Our advice may also include nutritional recommendations and supplementation. We carry Metagenics supplements, which are a practitioner-only line of products.
